Pity no AA or AAA rechargeable batteries in stock, or the universal battery charger.

This is always considered a trade place, but it's actually the best general DIY store in the UK. They are also being really proactive during coronavirus and have very good precautions in place, and enforce them, unlike B&Q and Wickes

Appalling service. I was in the queue for about 15 minutes being ignored entirely, there were 4 members of staff in the shop and whilst one was busy I was ignored by the other 3. The older gentleman was serving someone and once he was finished decided to ignore me and carry on with another task. Genuinely shocking, won’t be back.

Screw fix Botley, amazing level of stock and convenient. Makes such a difference when staff are helpful and know their products. Great service Dan.

Hadn't the electric car charger in stock but swiftly ordered to be delivered home tomorrow excellent service.

Screwfix is a fantastically convenient place to get great power tools and accessories at short notice (typically within minutes of ordering them online over your phone on the go). They stock great quality goods and tools at impressively affordable prices at all of their branches, which are EVERYWHERE!! I have always found all of their staff to be very helpful, friendly and courteous, and every transaction is conducted efficiently and promptly. If you are a tradesman or a D.I.Y enthusiast, they are a Godsend, always there, ready and able to cater to your requirements.

This store is a Gem of a find. Well worth any Oxford traffic to get to. Clean, spacious store with a hidden trove of colleagues who go above and beyond.
