Very impressed with the quality of the curtain poles we ordered - they look great and are solid and well made. Customer service was excellent - the guys at House of Brass were really helpful and delivery was fast. Would definitely buy from them again.

I ordered 4 brass brackets from house of brass and when they were delivered there was only 3 in the box. I called up and they were extremely helpful and said they would get another sent out and apologised for the issue with no fuss. I received the 4th bracket the next morning! Bearing in mind that it's Christmas Eve today. Excellent, friendly, helpful service. Would 100% recommend buying from them.

After ordering ( polished handles) via amazon, which took 4 days for them to send the wrong items follwed by "faffing" about sending back! ( More delay) I did what I Should have done, what I prefer to do, ordered from a good local supplier. Service, bang on right! AND MY JOB COMPLETED !!!

Excellent service. I bought a brass rim lock a few years back and when the spring broke, they replaced it free at no charge to me, and some cost to themselves. Highly recommended.

Excellent price for such an extremely good quality, heavyweight curtain pole. It's very well-made out of solid "polished" brass which is exactly what I wanted but couldn't find anywhere else. It's far superior than the run-of-the-mill poles online or in other shops. I'm sure it'd hold a 100cwt of potatoes with ease!! Not that I'll be putting potatoes up instead of curtains!! The delivery of the set was very quick. It arrived within 2 days of purchasing. All in all, I'm very pleased with my purchase and also the professionalism of the company. Many thanks to all.

Purchased a 3.8m handrail kit from them. Quality product and after I messed up my order i received superb service over the phone (a rarity these days).
