I attended the Rhyl store yesterday, I had so much on my list I couldn’t find anything, I asked a lady called Linda for an item on my list, she showed me to the gardening section and found it for me, then as a pleasant surprise she helped me with the rest of my items, you rarely get first class customer service like I experienced yesterday anymore, well done and thank you Linda.First Class!

Very few staff nowadays with self service checkouts taking over. Yet the store was clean, well stocked and smelled fresh. Still a great place for most of your household needs.

Visited to purchase white Matt paint for undercoating and wall colour. The shelves were almost empty and £15.99 for a 2L small tin! In store very few staff to assist. Home ware aisle was also low in stock. The Christmas trees in the centre of the store was a beautiful display as was the Halloween aisle.

Good shop however day we visited they were changing stock trolleys in the way whilst they put Xmas decorations out etc.
Great bargains to be had though.

Store that sells both quality products and also value items. Unfortunately the better quality ranges are often out of stock whilst the cheaper value offerings are piled high.

Went in today 14, 11,22 around 12.15
Upon entering I heard a a description of my self over the staff radio, saying to watch me ! I was in there to look at some silicone food tongs and paint. everytime I turn around there was the staff member right there staring at me pretending to be busy !!! So I stared back and took her for a nice walk around the shop they didn't actually have what I was looking for but after being treated like that thought was only fair I made them do some walking ! There will be an official complaint going into head office and when I next visit I will be insist on speaking to the manager if it happens again, oh just so yanno wilko staff there was an actual shop lifter in there at the same time probably got away with plenty as you was following me 😂

Helpful, friendly staff. Clean and bright and prices are reasonable.
