Was rudely accused of stealing by an older staff member after being in the store for less than 5 minutes! Who then proceeded to follow me around the store and watch me pay!! Never felt so uncomfortable and anxious.

Love this store, staff are helpful and friendly. Wilko have some quality items at bargain prices.

Not happy that I was charged for 2 tins of paint ,I didn't realise until I finished painting my room and looked at my receipt ,I shall have to start checking receipts before leaving the shops in future
