Love this shop especially if ur looking for tools, little gadgets, even little gifts for loved ones on those special occasions. They've got the lot from birthday cards. Clothes dyes to pet food and most DIY items. We'll worth checking out

Young member of staff downstairs was not at all friendly. No smiles, no hellos. When I left I said goodbye and he said nothing, so I said goodbye again and still no response. The money I've spent in this shop over the years is huge, I love stermat, but this does the company no favours. I don't expect people to be happy and jolly all the time, but politeness is not difficult.

It's an Aladdin's cave of home wear and DIY items. All reasonably priced friendly staff who are very willing to help you find what you need

Brilliant little hardware shop, really friendly staff. Bought a few good items including some really good value incense sticks. Took back a faulty bike light and got refunded no questions, very impressed

Well what can I say? A very small store crammed ( and I mean crammed! ) with almost everything. One of the good points I found was that they had a budget range and quality range for most things.
The only thing missing.............Alibaba himself.
What I must add is that the staff here are very polite and helpful, something not found at their Bangor garden centre branch

Stermat Valley, I called in for an interia car light bulb,
When I tried to fit it to my car it did not fit so I returned it immediately and asked for a refund two of the staff were quite rude and then tried to tell me it may not fit your car have you picked the right one for your car, this item was a RING make and I have fitted these previously without a problem.
I said I do not live on anglesey and a credit not would not be of any use, this item was only 0.89p . Surely if it may not fit my car I should be advised of this before purchase. A supervisor was called and she had obviously had no customer care experience and just said the same as the other staff . I have 40 + years of vehicle mechanics and knew what bulb I required, I felt offended by the staff and did mention this would be advised to all at a near by RAF Base and the supervisor said "go on then " .
