After hunting around in builders supplies, for DIY tools I actually found what I needed in this store. Brilliant next time I'm going there first!

Empty, poor standards and staff were standing around chatting while cages of stock stood there waiting to be worked, no leadership in sight.
I've always admired this business but recently something has gone seriously wrong. Not too late though!

No cashiers on tills, used self-checkout but this was ok. Lots of items I wanted were not in stock, particularly stationary. A lot less toys than usually available at this time of year. Lots of empty shelves!

I visited the store last week with list of 6 items, of which only 1 was in stock. If I was an employee of Wilko I would be concerned about my future, as the glaring gaps on the shelves indicate a business that is struggling.
Parking is ample on site. Whoever is in authority regarding closing the store daily should check their watch, as 18:00 ISN'T 17:55...... I'll stop and film it if I'm there at that time again!

Always liked Wilko. Get some really nice bargains in there.

Excellent good service and the girl I spoke to was very helpful, the item I needed was in stock
