I can not possibly recommend Emily and her team enough. After a thorough consultation, during which I described my ideal hat in great detail, Emily took measurements and allowed me to try on some similar samples. The entire process embodied the bespoke nature of the brand and Emily’s craftsmanship is so clear in every stage. I was handed the most beautiful bespoke hat exactly to my brief at an incredible price point considering the artistry.

The customer service I received was fantastic, she was so attentive and went out of her way to colour match the hat to the colour of my outfit. I cannot recommend her enough! Emily is just heavenly to work with and made me the bow of dreams. I have never received so much bow love as I did on my wedding day. When it was clipped in my wedding look was complete!
