Camden is a magical place! Everywhere you go there is food, original products and items, crazy clubs. Almost everywhere prices are negotiable. Whenever there is a festival or a party coming soon this is the place I go to shop.

Terrible service ordered hats and a few other items and it took over a week to come. No point in callinh or email because they don't reply.

Wow! Get this for exceptional customer service: I ordered a hat from planetheadwear.co.uk in 2 sizes as I wasn't sure of my size. Had a call the next day from Emal at planetheadwear.co.uk to explain that the sizes were slightly different than advertised online. He arranged for me to try one on in Mad Hatters in Camden Market on my way home after work. The very kind gentleman in Mad Matters kept his shop open late till I got there, the size he had didn't fit so he put me on the phone to Emal: Emal offered to drop a larger hat off at my home on his way home that evening- which he did. Later when I tried it on properly in front of the mirror, I realised it was probably a bit small. The next day Emal again stopped off on his way home and exchanged the hat for a bigger one. Crooks. Took my money for wrong and cheap craptold me to just go away. Scrammed by foreigner crooks for £40

I was initially concerned, having ordered first and then read some of the online order reviews here (I know - silly). However, my hat arrived two days later and is perfect.
Couldn't be happier with the service and will be ordering again.

Nice hats, worst seller. Took me over two months to receive the shipment, when I had already lost hope. The seller stopped replying to my emails after the first one, even if he himself told me to stay in touch. Just unprofessional and not worth it in the slightest way.
