To me this branch is useless. They can't deal with repeat prescriptions and getting dosset boxes delivered to patients who need the drugs. Too many times now has my wife had to complain about her blood pressure pills and her elderly mother's drugs not being ready. They say they are short staffed, but it's happened too often to be acceptable. My wife is looking at other pharmacies to deal with their prescriptions.

Went to collect an online order rather than going into the main branch. Was super quick with no queue. Will use again.

Everyone should go cause it sells everything for men and women like make up etc for the ladies and razors deodorant etc for the men and medicine etc it's like a mini doctors it's a shame some off us have block nose or anything else wrong with us

Don't answer the phone ever! Rings for 10 minutes then cuts you off !!

Big shoutout to Gareth, who is the manager of the branch. He went above and beyond to get me my flu jab this year after we had to cancel my original appointment due to sickness but he drove my 'stock' all the way to another branch so that I could still get my jab there as all appointments have been booked up now! Fantastic customer service and really much appreciated. Thank you Gareth!

No area to speak discretely. Staff member just spoke so openly and loudly about a personsl issue she may as well have made a poster and told everyone in the local area. Patronising and rude. Will use nearby alternative from now on. Truly shocked.
