Superdrug

I have been working in the customer service for over 15 years and I truly know how difficult it is to work with different people on the daily basis. I would like to say special thank you to lady called Angelika, who at the end of the day helped, despite being working over the counter she left her place and went with me to help me find colour I wanted. Big shout out. She is amazing 👏. She deserves even more then a 5 stars. It is so hard in our days to find people which would care about others.

Good selection of products. The lady that served me seemed to not like me or was just having an off day because she seemed annoyed the whole time.

Well stocked branch. Fairly big. Aisle are a bit narrow. Only way section where you can pay so there is usually a long queue. Prices are cheaper than Boots for exactly the same product. Staff are ok not as knowledgeable as those at Boots.

I wanted to visit superdrug store from long time, this was my first visit, I like the outlet but they have less number of products than they were showing online.. may be I visit on out of stock day. But they are good and have always good offers going on. And also some products have lesser price than that of Boots.

Helpful staff,had to get the manager with the "magic" pin for my transaction,but not unusual for me.
Colgate Renewal Whitening toothpaste,half price £10 with Super drug card,bargain and actually does what it is supposed to.

Helpful staff. A team member was especially patient and knowledgeable. I think her name was Millie. She deserves a raise.

Is excellent when is not many customers. I like all the products.
