Friendly staff. Good variety of products.

However, some products do not have the updated price on them so you can be shocked when the cashier asks you to pay a different price to the one shown on the shelf. When the cashier is told that this is not the price on the shelf, they just apologise and would refuse to sell you the product at the cheap price on the shelf.

Also some products are on the shelf with a price on them but apparently they can not be sold by the cashier as they claim that the price has not been entered into their system

I tend to visit this store quite often and I order and have my items delivered here. Very fast and efficient, and a HUGE thanks goes out to FEYZA, who is an amazing member of staff here. Just went in this morning and always find the staff there are so caring and attentive. Very unique to find from a chain store. Will continue visiting!

Closed almost an hour before advertised closing time.

Came in on my lunch break to buy some foundation and was a bit lost with all the choice. A lovely member of staff (think her name was Margit?) stopped what she was doing and helped. Gave some great recommendations and helped me pick my new favourite foundation! She then went on to help another lady having the very same issue. Quite a small store but great staff.

Outstanding 20/10! Went in looking for something I never found anywhere else, (product called ’L***’ and ‘P****’)

I had my eyebrows threaded and tinted by Raj she was excellent and very friendly.

Got my eyebrows done by Raj and was very happy with the service 👍definitely be back
