Superdrug

Was xmas shopping picked up a few things then me and my partner were looking at the make up as presents for mother in law.we arent 100% with make up so were having a good look .one of the staff kept popping round the corner looking at us ,felt as if she was thinking we were stealing then she disappeared out the back prob checking the cctv .got to the till and the woman reappeared and whispered to the woman serving us..probably saying we hadn't stole anything.we also got a make up deal were you get a free gift and the lady wasn't going to give it to us ..had to ask. Overall didn't like the atmosphere of the store !

There is a gentleman with a beard who works on the standard counter who is always very friendly and very welcoming and seems to love his job. Well done. I am disappointed with the pharmacy. I walked in today with a clearly sore and infected eye. There were staff behind the pharmacy county but I was advised by them the pharmacy was closed until 11 am. No explanation was offered no suggestions/help about alternative local pharmacies/medication sold in the normal shop etc. I purchased an eye bath from the store but the array of dops and mists etc was overwhelming so I don't know if I purchased the correct product/wasted my money or made things worse.

A nice planned out nicely. Has very friendly and helpful staff. It can be a bit messy sometimes when they are putting stock out but that's unavoidable in a way because it's aisles are quite narrow.

I got what I wanted, and was treated very well indeed, very nice lady that served me, definitely be going their again soon.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. I was met with an incredibly rude, patronising member of staff so decided to do my shopping elsewhere and won’t be returning.

Now open for in-store shopping. The staff are very helpful and friendly.
Pharmacy does close for 1 hour lunch, when you're unable to buy items from the Pharmacy counter or collect prescriptions. (Pharmacist needs to be on site)
Fully compliant with covid restrictions.

So I kindly asked one of the front desk staff to supply me with emergency supply medication, as I am epileptic. I felt like in a police station not a pharmacy, and though the NHS protocol says the pharmacist should provide up to 30 days stock. I was told to ring 111, as I don't live in Wrexham. No I don't, I work there. Train your stafffff !!!
