Superdrug

Came in with two separate specific requests. One for eye drops used by husband - Optrex infected eye drops. I was refused the sale as she hadn’t seen my husband herself. So gone are the days when you can pick things up on your partners behalf then. Unfortunately they always close before he finishes work so unsure how they expect us to combat that. Secondly I wanted a replacement for an anti-fungal cream that was very old in my cupboard and as I have an ailment that occasionally reoccurs. I was also refused this sale based on her opinion of my need. Apparently I need to use Vaseline for cracked lips! Who knew! Completely wasted trip, offered not alternatives and left feeling judged, shamed and stupid. She even told me to go to Boots! Pregnant and emotional I left feeling like I wanted to cry. Was she confused, did she think I was asking for opioids?

I would like to thank the store manager for being extremely helpful&nice when processing my refund&exchange. Your outstanding attitude, attentiveness and personality made my day better. Thank you :)

Brilliant place. I had my eyes threaded it only cost me 7 pounds.good value in this shop better then boot's

I went to superdrug to have my eyebrows threaded, the lady in Roath is so lovely and does a great job for just £8.

Helpful staff soon as I walked in, all the way till I left!! Saved me so much time by directing me to what I needed!! Nice personal touch! Will be back to replenish stock soon ❤️

Its got a pharmacy and has a goos miz of products they are just not that friendly or helpful in this store.

Fourth time since end of November I have been here waiting outside for the store to open at 8:30am. It is never open on time. Waited ten mins last time.
