Amy was brilliant! Talked through the whole procedure and made me feel very comfortable with it. She was gentle doing the irrigation and my hearing was soon back to normal again. I can highly recommend this service to anyone concerned about ear wax removal.

Had a very comfortable experience. The entire process of how the appointment will go was explained in great detail before we started. The actual procedure was quick and painless for me.
