I was recommended by my running coach to visit a sports physiotherapist regularly and I have found Aileen to be thoroughly professional and most helpful. I subsequently had sessions with her when I damaged my Achilles. She not only treated the leg but gave me exercises to help aid my recovery and prevent further injury. She is very knowledgeable and I would recommend her to anyone!

I highly recommend Aileen, I was introduced to her by my wife 12 months ago who attends her Pilates classes in Caterham. Since then I have been attending both her Pilates class and additionally a monthly sports massage session at the sports club. The regular sports massage was initially commenced to help keep my back more mobile but over time this has become more of a maintenance routine for the whole body. I cannot praise Aileen enough for she is both extremely knowledgeable, gives good advice, has healing hands and overall her treatment is second to none. I highly recommend her services.
