For a tenner, I'm not sure its good value for money, I like the healthy concept but it didn't fill me, the baked wafer crisp portion was missing quite a few too. Didn't appreciate staff using cleaning product, wiping table next to me whilst my food was exposed, should have some consideration, also sweeping the floor too. On a bright sunny afternoon, I noticed most of the lights were on, seemed wasteful on energy and definitely no needed. I had ordered the chicken satay, they seem stingy on the sauce, not great.

This place had kept its popularity for some time , I always visited and my experience was always satisfactory, for those who visit Brent cross shopping center , it offers lots of healthy fast food and caters for vegans , everything in the menu is safe , they clearly mentioned that they are well prepared and their menu is strictly safe for allergens.
I highly recommend it .

Healthy fast food chain with an array of vegetarian options. There is plenty of seating and sleek, responsive touch screens to order your food. We chose the hummus with bread, love burger, fries, vegan mac and cheese bites and the mock chicken harissa wrap. The love burger tasted great especially with the thousand island like dressing whilst the fries were crisp and fresh. In contact, the mock chicken wrap lacked sauce and was a tad dry. The hummus was a good accompaniment however the bread was similarly dry and unappealing. The mac and cheese bites were surprisingly tasty but I feel that Leon should offer complementary sauces with sides and not charge. I did in fact purchase a garlic sauce but it was bitter and tainted. In terms of service, we opted for the dine in option however the food was given in a takeaway bag with unnecessary utensils. From a price perspective Leon is cheaper than its trendy neighbour Shake Shack and I prefer it.

Dress code: casual
Cost: £
Food: Tasty
Service: Self service
Ambience: Relaxing

Food is good if you like non spicy food. I tried their spicy chicken rice box and it was good.

Very clean and fast service. I had opted for the halloumi wrap and the staff were very courteous and helpful.
I also got a NHS Discount.
Later I ordered coffee and I am extremely fussy about my machiato.
And I must say they didn't disappoint me! I was served in a small cup (as it should be) and had a bit of foam on top rather than pouring a gallon of milk which some baristas do!!
Just right!

Food fairly standard, you know what you’re getting with Leon. Customer service was poor. The tables were quite dirty and there didn’t seem to be any effort from the staff to get these clean for new customers. Additionally, they insisted to direct everyone to order via the kiosks, even though 3 of the staff were standing behind the counter, with, what seemed like nothing to do. Need to do better Leon.

Visited today. First electronic menu display not functioning properly. Had to tap second one pretty hard to
confirm order. Service was extremely quickly. I then went to buy an additional bottle of water. Waitress with braided hair told me I'd have to wait. She served another 4 to 5 people in the meantime. After about 7 minutes, when I said" Can I have that bottle of water now please?" I was told she was still busy serving more food into bags. Left without buying the water. Not visiting again either. How long would it have taken her to get me a bottle from a cooler which was three steps from her? Manager, in other comment, said they'd look at retraining staff. I could nominate a person for the 1st available session

Such a dirty store food and left over wrappers everywhere. I watched one staff member hand a coffee to a customer with a lose lid, this then spilt coffee everywhere. He the handed her blue paper to tidy it up. It wasn’t till the I can only assume manager told him, he can round to clear it up. Then used the same cloth on the floor, then onto the food counter. There was know washing hands after either, straight back to handling food. I understand people working here are probably paid peanuts, but when you are working with food cleanliness is important. I’d avoid
