Overpriced, tasteless food, grumpy staff, not informed hot drinks free with meal. Greggs next door, much nicer and can be equally as healthy.

Clean restaurant, friendly service, superb air conditioning during a hot Saturday also.
The food was wonderful, I had the chicken tikka and rice which was very tasty and yet felt really healthy to eat.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

Popped in on impulse whilst waiting for the passport office and had an amazing chicken katsu curry. Huge bits of chicken and lovely rice as well as a great salad. Also had a lovely protein shake with some mixed berries which was really good.

Working in the area ended up ordering a chicken tikka masala wrap with salad. Was one of the nicest wrap/sandwich I’ve ever eaten. Fresh and delicious. Also very reasonable price. 👌🏼👌🏼

The food tasted fantastic and portion size was incredible. You get a full hot meal of your choice and drink for about £6 or so. I've seen some reviews complain about the food options changing every day but I personally like that. The choices are very varied and you'd have to be a very fussy eater to not want at least two or three different options of the daily selection.

I have lived right next door for two years and mistakenly thought it would be over priced and instead chose Gregg's which is next door. Won't be making that mistake any more!

The staff were lovely, polite and friendly, not sure who the owner was (If they were even there) as everybody was really professional and attentive. Will be returning again and again.

Went in hoping for a healthy lunch but no vegan options hot or in the fridge. Staff said the menu “changes every day” but I won’t come back if they don’t have an option every day. I don’t think it’s right for them to advertise they’re “healthy” without a plant based option. Perhaps they could have a few frozen high protein tofu and seitan options going forward, I know plenty of omnivores these days have meat-free days to eat cleaner.

I was impressed with their range of Skinny sauces but nothing had prices. I probable wouldn’t have baulked at the price so much if it had been written for me. I am autistic and I prefer to see written prices and a menu rather than have to ask. Sorry that I said the sauces were cheaper elsewhere - I don’t mean to be rude - but you didn’t have to start commenting on me as I left the shop (yes, I heard you). I’ve just moved myself and my small business to Newport and was hoping to find a healthy lunch spot but I will keep looking. Please let me know if you add a daily plant based option because I would visit most days.
