I have just started using this meal prep company. I was surprised, I even got to use my NHS discount for this one. I found out about the discount through the Instagram page.

The packaging is really good it never leaks, it heats up perfectly the food looks and tastes great.

The only thing now is I need to get my family on it! 😁

I have been having Rapid Results Gourmet's mealprep for over a year now, and I must say, without them, I would not be able to reach and maintain my fitness goals, especially with how busy I am! I have not had to spend hours grocery shopping and cooking every week, and I don't have to worry about counting calories or eating too much carbs! They have delicious vegan and vegetarian options, their food is literally FRESH unlike other meal prep companies I've tried, and I love that they have a new menu every month. Thanks for the top service and great food as always guys! :)

Training and nutrition go hand in hand. Results are 90% diet and this is where most struggle. Without correct nutrition you’re spinning your wheels in the gym. RRG makes sure you’re on top of your nutrition, especially during busy work weeks

Game changer when it comes to work lunches. I know I don’t want to be carrying around dirty Tupperware, RRG disposable containers cut out the hassle. Restaurant lunches could cost twice as much plus, and are time consuming within a 30min to 1hr break. The cheaper and quicker options aren’t the healthiest and are similarly priced to RRG.

I’ve tried other meal prep companies and they were just glorified airplane food. I had to throw the meals out. With RRG I look forward to my lunches.

Favourite is the firecracker turkey and protein bars. Protein bars better than any store bought brand and all natural. Be warned, it’s easy to finish the whole box!

Cater to all allergies, religious and ethical beliefs. Vegan and veggie options as well as meat fish and poultry. Halal, dairy free, whatever your needs are just note it with your order.

RRG is the best meal prep & delivery service I've experienced. The taste and quality of the food is superb and their service is off the charts! If you're looking to eat healthy, delicious and fresh food, I highly recommend RRG.

I’ve started RRG about 2 years ago roughly and I can’t complain. Food is always fresh, delicious and on time. Vegan, meat, fish whatever you like, they pretty much have it and for an average of £6-7 per meal, you can’t go wrong especially since I used to buy my lunch on central london on a daily basis
