The best little shop around for food. The staff are always helpful and friendly. This place is packed with almost everything you can think of for a lovely meal. The fruit and veg is first rate. The bread is wholesome and the pizza and pastries are lovely. There all that stuff you never find in a supermarket. We do our weekly shop here and it's no dearer than going to also. Parking outside is normal and if your a little elderly the food is carried out to the car . Bet you don't get that in tesco.

This is a small shop is a cornucopia, full of almost every health food product imaginable. Its fridge and freezer are bursting with items. It has fresh veg and fruit outside and a good variety of bread, pizza, pasties and cakes delivered twice a week. The staff are friendly, welcoming and helpful. A definite stop for us when we travel past.

I've used this shop for many years, the service is always friendly and they have a huge selection of pretty much everything, beautiful hand crafted bread and pizza, an extensive range of herbal remedies and supplements as well as fresh organic vegetables and fruit. They have recently begun supplying a range of CBD products too. Highly recommend.

A tardis filled to the brim with health foods and eco friendly items. The homemade vegan pasties are amazing! We travel from Ebbw Vale just to shop here and always end up buying loads more things than we went in for as it’s heaven for vegans.

What a bloody mess. Stepped inside this chaotic place and it's like someone's been hoarding food, drink and bamboo made paraphernalia for the last seventeen years.

Why keep buying stock if you've nowhere to put it?

It looks dirty, feels dirty and overwhelming and I do wonder if everything's in date.

A woman in the corner piling up more stock and a gent behind the counter who I doubt can get out for all the stock around him. He's probably been there since 2019.

I'd happily come and help you sort out this place. It really needs a good clean and declutter.
