Great little shop with lovely staff :)

Everyone if friendly and there is loads of bit in here for what looks like a small shop on the outside x

Opening times 9-5, except nobody answers the phone at 9.10 am

Knowledgeable staff, a great range of pulses, grains, supplements and fresh produce, as well as local breads and honeys. Great to see it reopened after the fire, and wishing them every success.

It's a gem! Staff are knowledgeable, helpful and affable. The shop is incredibly well stocked with a considered selection of health foods and supplements. Plenty of local options in the mix. It's all well laid out and presented, the shop is spotless and smart.
