Goods are very satisfactory. Changes to web site are neither helpful or working. I could not find one of the items I wanted as the listing was defective.
I was given a 10% discount offer which was most welcome and which prompted me to buy presently in order to take advantage of the said time based offer. When I entered the discount code, which was accepted immediately, the web site became even more difficult to negotiate.
So instead I went, not from my emails, but to the firm's web site. Then I could not enter the discount code nor obtain my discount. I telephoned for help but no one was available. I was about to give up when the site(entered from my email) managed to connect the two orders and seemed to satisfactorily resolve the matter.
I have dealt with this business many times and have always been well satisfied; the goods and the service of getting things to customers are excellent.
I also noted on the confirmation note that a signature will now be required. This again is a step backwards because it has always been put through the letter box previously and I am not always at home.

First class company to deal with. Products are excellent, their Kombucha is the best and delivery is always very prompt. Highly recommend.
