Anyone who has ever been In a Holland an Barrett's before would know almost all of them loom the same.
They had the protein powder which I used. So I was happy.

Very good range of organic or natural products. I'm using supplements and mostly fish 🐟 oils. Today I found something special Turmeric raw one. That's very nice. I've got a mega discount for fresh 🍋 lemons ! High prices and you may need time to look 👀 better after good stuff and nice prices. Parking it's a problem. I sorted but I was worried permanently. Bon chance!

Polite service, good quality remedies. I bought Aloe Vera toothpaste from there. It is nice and healthy. Me and my husband we are diabetic. We prefer to buy our Stevia from Holland & Barrett. We have card to earn points as well. They already send me voucher for next shopping. Thank you.

I’ve been shopping here for several years and today I walked in and the gentleman who served me was condescending to say the least. His attitude stunk. Suffice it to say I will no longer shopping in the Albany Road store!!

Been to this branch for years most of the staff have always been friendly and helpful but there is a staff called Daniel is extremely rude! i asked him some questions about a productproduct , he was very impatient and his eyes is full of anger! I'm not the only person been treated this way, my neigubour had the same experience as well. Not impressed at all !

This health food shop has everything you need and the staff are so helpful and friendly. I highly recommend this store.

This store is regularly staffed by students and part-time workers with very little product or H&B range knowledge. It appears as if there is no requisite for staff to acquaint themselves with any brand related products and services.

Several click and collect orders have been made to this store and staff have been unable to locate them. I'm no longer in the market to purchase from H&B again, especially with so many other options. My money will go to a company that makes a conscious and concerted effort for customer service and where the expectation isn't that the customer goes the extra mile.

Click and collect at this store is nothing but an inconvenience. Three times I have used it, twice the items were wrong and the last time the items weren’t even there after receiving an email and text.

Their solution was for me to purchase the items again off the shelf (more expensive) and get a refund on the click and collect. Completely unacceptable.

I won’t be using this service again and unlikely to shop there in future.
