As an expat who frequently travels all over the world, I have relied on Integra Global for about 15 years to provide my worldwide health insurance needs. In every respect I have always been extremely pleased with them. Their premiums are reasonable, their coverage is extensive, my claims have always been processed quickly and efficiently, and most importantly their home office is always there, if needed, to provide excellent support. I take no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Integra Global to others in similar circumstances!

A friendly, professional service
I was looking for health cover for myself and my baby. The team were very professional, knowledgable and gave clear concise information. They went through the various policies step by step explained the pricing as we went along. I am very happy with the level of service I received. I took a few days to read through the documents and called back, the advisor was happy to hear from me and recapped the policy so I understood what I was covered for.

I have been a member of Integra Global since 2014 and I am extremely satisfied with their services: Refunds are fast, All staff is very professional and never forget to be very polite and friendly. They really build a relationship with their clients, which makes the client feel valuable, respected and well treated.
More importantly their website/portal is very well designed and comprehensive.You can submit and follow your refunds 24/5.
Bottom line is you get a great service for the money you pay.
If I had to rate Integra Global they would get a 10/10!

I had a very positive experience working with Nisha at Integra Global after I had an issue regarding reimbursement of a medical procedure and hospital stay in Chile. She was very effective in coordinating with the administration to approve my case and get the funds quickly to me. I have been a member of Integra for many years and they've always shown excellent customer service.

I've been with Integra Global since 2017, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. Their member services staff always responds in a timely manner, and the quality of their customer support is excellent. I'm an American, and my experiences with American health insurance companies prior to using Integra Global left me cynical and jaded; I assumed health insurance companies were only good for billing you extortionate premiums and sky-high deductibles before denying your claims without cause.

Integra has completely changed my mind - something I honestly didn't think was possible. I highly recommend them to anyone and everyone looking for insurance.

The only negative experiences I've had with my policy have been with MAI. It seems like their underwriters just don't read emails or claims thoroughly, and they often overlook details or ask for documents that I've already submitted. While this is frustrating, they do care about getting things right and everything eventually gets sorted in a reasonable time. I will also say that a close friend (who also uses Integra) has never had any issue with the claims/reimbursement process, so I might just have unfortunate luck.

I highly recommend Integra Health Insurance. They are professional and responsive. The claims process is extremely easy and there is always a real person that you can speak to for any issues that may arise. My family has had a policy with them for over 5 years and they have always gone above and beyond to make sure that we are taken care of.

Excellent service! Very easy to file a claim and their staff is amazing. Nisha helped us and although we were emailing, it felt as though we were on a chat. She was always very prompt in responding, provided through and detailed information and incredible customer service!
