I'm clumsy, broke my leg while on holiday (damn bicycles!) but had a smooth hospital/insurance process, didn't pay a dime in the end! (except for the £4 for a cup of coffee!)

I have nothing but good things to say about my dealings with Now Health so far. Thankfully I have not been in a position where I have needed to make a medical claim. However, I have been impressed with the customer service offered by the company. They are always happy to answer questions. With my previous provider I felt like I didn't really know what I was spending my money on - everything was vague and it was difficult to get a straight answer. But I feel much more confident with my policy from Now Health. Would highly recommend.

We have this insurance in our company, and none of my colleagues I have talked to ,is satisfied with the service. They are always giving us problems or excuses saying that the policy doesn't cover this, that etc.. Even if you go to the dentist for once and the bill is 85 euros, they ask you for everything, when they should pay it straight away , as the insurance covers us till 300 pounds. This provokes a delay on the payment. They don't have direct bills with any of the doctors, you have to pay it and after that ,they will refund you the amount. The payment gets effective after 10 days (this is only when you don't have any pending issues) But what happens if you have to go to the specialist and you can't afford to go? You still have to pay it. This is not an insurance I will buy if I had to pay for it. Maybe the policy we have is not the best one, but I will not recommend it at all. Thanks

Terrible, don't even pay for your claims or notify you that it was rejected. Sold a great service then doesn't deliver

My wife needs an operation to remove cancer tumours and was given a treatment plan by the consultants in Italy. We filled in the paperwork, submitted for pre-approval and still 1 month later fighting over costs. Our policy states cancer is covered and no excess yet this is not what we are presented with. Now health team consultant dealing with he case never calls back despite leaving messages and my wife if left in limbo. All in all not a good service and poor management and continuous manipulating to get out of paying for treatment. so the very time we need it to work for us is the time that insurance companies bring out all the fine print and start telling you why your not covered so what is the point, in short non as again paying premiums only to find out they don't want to cover us. The end result is we paid for health insurance only to have it turn into a saga , cause stress on a cancer patient and now left at the mercy of the ohs who don't want to do anything due to costs.

The worst company I have ever dealt with in my life. They just reject claims for emergency even though their policy says that they cover you in case of emergency. Just making money on the back of their customers. For God's sake, please stay way!!!
