I found Mr Friel’s website through Google after searching for ear wax removal.

I had enquiried about an appointment for my son to have ear wax removed. To my surprise I was offered a next day evening appointment, of which was really helpful as my son works till late.

On attending, we where made to feel welcome by Mr friels wife and felt totally at ease.

It was explained in depth what the exact procedure was for wax removal and what costs would be incurred.

The whole process was efficient, professional and painless! And very good value for money.

We would have no hesitation in recommending the services of Mr Friel and would happily return if required.

If there was an option for more stars, they would have been given.

Outstanding service and very professional. Shows before and after, some might not want to see it, but hearing is almost 100% better than it was. Very noticeable difference and feels clean too. You might not notice you have earwax, but if you're on nhs and your doctor says you have a major build-up of wax. Seriously consider paying for a professional service with mr Andrew, you won't regret it.

A thoroughly professional and personable experience. Mr Friel explained each step of the procedures, was clear and concise, and didn't try to blind you with science. The appointment was for both myself and my wife and we were completely satisfied manner in which Mr Friel carried out the procedures, going above and beyond to allay any worries we had and I would have no hesitation recommending his services.

Brilliant to be able to hear the guitars and amps I own properly, thanks to Andrew. I won't share the picture of the results (like a small Chewbacca hibernating in each ear) but let me say I can hear in perfect stereo for the first time in ages - highly recommended.

Very nice and polite .Explained everything he was doing in detail.Gave both my ears a thorough examination and removed all of the wax with his micro suction .I would definitely go back to see him if I have anymore problems with my ears and thank you.

Andrew Friel came to our house to remove ear wax from my husbands ears. He followed all the covid rules and did a very professional job. He totally puts you at ease and informs you what he is doing all through the process. Highly recommended and a big thank you for helping my husband to hear much more clearly
