If there is possible, I will choose ZERO star to their service. I ordered a hearing aid on September 4th with express shipping. I got an email from them on the same day with order confirmation and shipping information. However, I don't receive it in six days. After I send email back to ask, they said there is no part available and I have to wait back order. On September 12, eight days later from my original order, I called company to ask the order situation. The company employee told me that refund need several days. Then she hung up phone before my further question. I will never buy this company product and also I will tell all my friends to NOT buy this company product because this company is not friendly to customer.

Needed a hearing aid for my new job. Beverley was very helpful and talked me through the online hearing test and reccomeded me a suitable device.
Order was sent out on the Thursday and I was told it should be with me on the Saturday (which would have been perfect, as my new job started on the Monday)
It's been 6 days and still not arrived.
I rang up for an update and astonishingly - they don't track their orders (hearing aid was over £250). They just send it first class (in a small envelope) and hope for the best!
Apparently, there was on option for next day delivery, however I was not offered that option when I ordered.

Awful customer service. Ordered a replacement mobile phone for my nanna but they sent a completely different item. Emailed them to explain and they responded telling me the standard shipping times. Went back again asking them to read my initial email and they asked what she had received and said the phone was out of stock for the next two weeks. Explained that their website didn't state the item was out of stock and asked them to send ASAP as the handset my nanna has is faulty and this was purchased as a replacement. They've confirmed they will send it but I'm not overly hopeful based on the experience I've had so far.

I ordered a standard PAYG sim. and a DATA PACK SIM was supplied not a standard PAYG SIM. Getting flustered when asked for shipping costs refund this arrogant and obtuse woman stated the packaging which clearly said 4GB DATA was promotional advertising!

I informed her that after speaking to EE they confirmed this was, in fact, a DATA SIM! She then stated I suggest you choose another hone provider!
I also enclosed a copy of the correct sim supplied by EE which I had to order. They refused all shipping refund costs.

What happened next was incredible. After stating to the agent at PayPal what this woman said regarding the comment for me to obtain another phone provider, and her crazy defense to avoid a claim, The Paypal Agent said that would really p*** me off also! I laughed so much I nearly dropped the phone :-) I have never heard an agent swear regarding the actions of a retailer! ( yes i do actually have the recording)

Fortunately, common sense prevailed at PayPal with this lovely agent and she issued me a full refund!

I ordered hearing aide batteries yesterday, got an acknowledgement of order back in very quickly telling me the order was being processed. Royal Mail delivered the batteries this morning at around 10.30 a.m.
My thoughts on this are that if more companies in the UK were like this the Country wouldn't be in the state it is in now.

I have just purchased a pair of hearing aids and spoke to a lady called Bev. She helped me find the hearing aids that I was after. I cannot thank the company enough. They deal with everything very well and very professional and I cannot believe the sound and what the hearing aids can do when connected to your smart phone

I found also that the hearing aids they provide are a lot cheaper and are programmed to your specification.

People ask how can u do a test. HD will talk you through all of these questions so give them a call. Believe me I have researched the market and they beat everyone for quality and advice and product

Poor quality product. I had 2 hearing aids that both stopped working less than 2 years after I bought them. I sent one back for repair (with a charge) 2 months ago and it still hasn't been returned. My advice would be to pay a little more from a high street retailer where you are likely to receive a more reliable service.

Amazing product and service. I have bought several hearing aid models in the past and often paid nearly 4 times as much for them! Make sure you ask for Joan - so helpful and nothing was too much trouble.
