Store is located on the main road & offers no parking. You will have to use either of the two public car parks & walk down to the store. The staff were very friendly but I found the audiologist quite pushy when he was angling for the sale.
I didnt like the idea of the free trial only being available to you once you have agreed to & signed to purchase an item, you then get two weeks "grace" to change your mind, this is your free trial.
I was also very annoyed at the fact that the trial item was not the item I had tried in the store nor was it the item I had agreed to buy - I never actually saw them as he set them up & put them back in the box, then in a bag - The aids were returned the next day & the purchase was cancelled.
Unfortunately the sales skills were really lacking, the "trial aid" being a cheaper than purchased aid really annoyed me more so because you did it without telling me, this immediately lost my trust (they were also really uncomfortable!), the terms & conditions of the trial are quite misleading & because this isn't clarified until the end of the appt - this must be very time wasting for your staff.
