I really must commend the staff at stafford branch for courteous and helpful treatment.I would certainly recommend them in future,a very professional service.

After waiting 20 minutes over our appointments time, we left.

Amazing service! Today's audiologist Mr Khan was very professional and explained all of the tests he was carrying out.

Fortunately my hearing is still in the normal rang and I did not require hearing aids.

Absolutely amazing service, from someone who has never had an issue with my ears and excess ear wax needed to be removed I was dreading the appointment. But after booking my appointment and having great advice with Ann Marie who was excellent, to then meeting Tracy today who treated me, I cannot recommend the team enough, my hearing back to 100% and pain has gone and they could not have been more friendly and calming if they tried, Genuinely lovely people. Thanks for today. x
