Just had microsuction procedure with Danielle for the first time. My doctor recently informed me they have stopped syringing ears and so I had no choice but to go private. I'm glad I did as the service was excellent and the procedure was quick and painless. They also said they have recently dropped the price from £60 to £45 - bonus!

I visited the new Cardiff clinic for microsuction after experiencing some dizziness so I thought I would get my ears checked out for any wax/other debris (interesting how we look after our eyes and teeth, but rarely our ears!). The receptionist was really friendly and gave me an appointment for the following day. Microsuction with Kim was quick, painfree and she explained each step of the process on how it would feel/sound so I was completely at ease. Excellent service and no more dizziness.

From start to finish the Service, Staff and professionalism shown by Hearing Wales (Mumbles) is unmatched.
I managed to get an appointment to have my ears unblocked at the Mumbles branch after going to the GP and not having any success whatsoever.
I was greeted on reception by a wonderful lady who booked an appt for me later in the day.l (I was lucky, they’re busy- always a good sign)
When I returned I was met by Fiona who made me feel at ease and informed me of the whole process.
The total process (both ears) lasted 20 mins. Both my ears were completely blocked but after Fiona using both her expertise and vacuum suction machine unblocked both ears that had been full for nearly a year. I now feel back to my old self.
If ur thinking of going to the GP for help to deal with ears blocked with wax - don’t. Hearing Wales are the professionals to see. Simple amazing. Thank you so much again

After having a blocked ear that wouldn't go away I went to have my ears done. From walking in to leaving the two ladies here made the experience excellent. Nice and relaxed and had a good old matter with one while waiting. (Sorry I'm terrible with names) The micro suction is far superior to the old syringe method. They were impressed with the clump of wax that came out and were excited to share with their other colleague. Highly recommended.

On behalf of my mother, we had felicity come and see her and she was amazing. Great customer service, very helpful and understanding with my elderly mother and her new hearing aids. Perfect service, highly recommend!

I am so grateful for the service I received from the Mumbles clinic last Monday.

They fitted me in with a cancellation they had received after explaining I had been suffering with blocked ears and hearing difficulty for 3 weeks.

They were so friendly, communication with brilliant and the procedure was completely pain free. The amount of wax removed was amazing. The whole process was explained to me throughout and I felt completely at ease.
