I would absolutely recommend them!! From start to finish Neil and his team were extremely professional. I am so happy with our new bathroom. It makes a very nice change for people to turn up when they say they are going to, and be on time. They tidied up after themselves and left the house clean and tidy every night before they left. Neil was there to give us help and advise and ideas and I have total faith in him and his team. We will be using him again.

Exceptional quality of work and customer service. Highview Plumbing and Heating have done a fantastic job for us on two occasions and a relative following our recommendation. Thank you.

A huge thanks to Neil and the lovely guy who fixed my leaking pipe today! I’m so grateful for the prompt visit, the polite, efficient and tidy contractors work.I’m absolutely thrilled and cannot thank them enough for an absolutely phenomenally high level of care and service. More than a five star review should be allowed!

After the failed EICR an invoice was issued. I asked for the remedial work to be carried out so that the EICR passes and then raise the final invoice for the total work. The remedial work was carried out but I didn't here from them for 3 weeks after that. When I followed up I was told that they were holding my EICR because I didn't pay the first invoice and and at that time issued the second invoice for the remedial work as well. What should have been done is that after the remedial work was carried out they should have issued a final invoice without me having to follow up and then issued the EICR. They were very unprofeywhwn I said this. And there was no apology for no contact. What would they have done if I didn't contact at all? The total work coated over £800, I am in no urgency for the EICR and I would have just sat on my own without paying. I could have gone to a bigger chain but I went to them as I wanted to support small business.
