We had a new Worchester Bosch boiler fitted, a lot of old pipe work removed and the whole system was flushed.
It was a really professional and affordable service. We are very happy with the finished job, everything is tidy and works a treat.
Mark and Frank were polite and a pleasure to have in our home while the works were carried out, they really knew their stuff and were happy to discuss any issues.
I would definitely use again and highly recommend this company to all.

Called in Chelmsford Boilers as they are a distributor for Worcester Bosch, who, according to Which? are the best boilers you can buy. After discussing what I wanted from a new boiler and taking into account the size of my house Mark at Chelmsford Boilers offered up two options. In choosing I was given a great price and he was able to fit within 7 days. He also fitted the Nest set of controls meaning I can now control the heating whilst out of the house via my phone. Great advice, price and service. Would definitely recommend.

Mark changed our boiler recently and it was accurate, quick and didn't cost us an arm and a leg. The whole family including a dog is very grateful! It is warm and nice again in our house thanks to Mark.

Hi this may be a long review.
Having a nice shower on Saturday night, all of a sudden the shower went freezing cold.
I emailed Chelmsford Boilers on their website Sunday afternoon knowing there would be no response on a Sunday.
First thing Monday morning I received a phone call from Mark, he said he would come to inspect the boiler that day.
I asked him if he could install me a new boiler, he said he didn’t want to incur me more expense than needed.
He came to service, carry out and replace anything that wanted doing, I had already looked on YouTube, info said my boiler was beyond repair, repair would be too expensive.
So! mark had done lots of work on my existing boiler, he tried his best, but my boiler was past it’s use by date at 12 years old.
I asked Mark if it would be possible to install a new boiler for me, it was my decision, this was on Tuesday by Thursday Mark had sourced a new boiler and had installed it same day.
What can I say? I can only give a big thank you to Mark, when anything you want in these days, you have to wait two or three weeks before anything can be done, Mark from Chelmsford Boilers is on the ball, a lovely chap, no mess left, always on time, 10/10 for me, if ever I get a request for a top of the range heating engineer, I will always recommend Mark from Chelmsford Boilers.

I just want to say a big thank you to Mark for doing an excellent job repairing our boiler. As we are in a flat a new condensing boiler would have been a very expensive and disruptive experience. Mark came out, identified the problems and stuck with the job, through various difficulties and wrong parts. The boiler is now saved with new PCBs and a new pump. The service was professional, tidy and courteous. Most importantly he kept us informed every step of the way. We consider ourselves fortunate to have come across Chelmsford boilers and would not hesitate to use again or recommend to others.

When our boiler broke down I asked my brother to recommend a boiler repair person. He gave me Chelmsford Boilers details. I called last Thurs and by Friday Mark (I believe) came round to fix when I was out. I got back and couldn't believe boiler was fixed. I highly recommend company.

On Sunday 21/02/21 we woke up to no hot water or heating so called out Frank as an emergency. He could not repair the fault as parts were needed. Following a conversation we decided to re new the boiler. Mark contacted us straight away, visited our home on Monday, sourced the boiler and fitted it Tuesday. Mark was professional, very tidy, on time, worked hard, provided a full quote and fully explained everything. We will be having him back to service the boiler in a years time. I am impressed with his level of service and honest advice.

Mark visited to assess requirements for a new boiler and replacement radiators to ground floor. Excellent advice and outlined his recommendations. First class job carried out to the letter and competitively priced. What more could you ask for. Highly recommended.
