Gold Plumbing & Heating

Needed to have a replacement back boiler fitted for my mother-in-law. All other companies wanted to replace the system with a new combi because it was easier and cheaper for them. Phoned GOLD Plumbing and Robert came along at very short notice and quoted for the system we required (not a combi). Was much cheaper than other quotes and his time scales were much better. He and his son arrived as promised and carried out the installation in a very professional manner, being clean, tidy and very accommodating at all times. We had our ageing combi boiler replaced today. Their quote was good and they have (understandably) good customer reviews, so we went ahead and got them to fit a new combi today. They arrived promptly and took their time and laid down protective sheets before starting then carried out a professional installation job and thoroughly tested everything and explained clearly about how to use it etc. So many thanks to Rob and Louis for an excellent job. If you're looking for a qualified tradesman you've just found one. I have no hesitating them and have done to several friends already.

Found Gold Plumbing on the Internet and took the risk of using an unknown plumber because of these excellent reviews and a great value quote. Robert and his son Louis put in a brand new central heating system for us quickly and efficiently. They were so understanding when I had to postpone the date of their work due to over running other tradesmen. They stayed late until the job was done and basically work solidly without breaks.

Lovely guys- so I had them back a couple of weeks later to replace our downstairs WC and fit a bath upstairs 👍

Just had new Boiler fitted Robert & Louis are great, very professional, clean and tidy and friendly guys. Recently had new gas Central heating fitted to replace electric heaters. Rob and Louie worked very hard, they were professional and cleaned up as they were going along, nothing was too much trouble. They completed the job in 3 days and did a fantastic job . I would definitely recommend them.

Had full heating system done. Radiators all different heights. He also left my cold water tank in loft. When I tried to call email ignored all messages left. When system went wrong 2 weeks later he refused to come out. We found a leak on a radiator which we tightened up ourselves. So much for continued aftercare. Avoid because if you do have problems he wont help you. My cold water tank still in my loft

Cannot fault Gold Plumbing, from start to finish so professional. We had a boiler move from inside to the garage and was completed within 2 days with no fuss. Great job from a great company.
