Had them come out to do a quick fix initially and then had them fit a new boiler shortly there after.

Happy with the price and quality of service/product.

When they changed the boiler, they were quick and efficient on the day and their waste disposal deligate picked up the old boiler and waste packaging from my property the following day.

No complaints.

HPR were very professional, turned up on the day and time they stated. Came back and completed the job to a high standard. The engineer was very conscientious and did a great job.

My Wiser system now connects to the Internet. Everything is working perfectly thanks to Chris and the Drayton wiser support. They sent me a replacement hub the next day. All worthwhile for a really excellent system.

Dan was friendly, helpful and professional. He explained clearly what he was doing, very reassuring. Likely to ask HPR to do more jobs here. Nice to know the heating is all OK before Autumn comes - thanks!

Had several issues since moving in, one of which killed the boiler. HPR were easy to get hold of and came out quickly every time, and we're able to fix each fault quickly. Having a reliable plumber (or plumbing company) makes life a hell of a lot easier when things inevitably break

We had a full bathroom replacement from HPR and we are utterly delighted with the result. It was a functional but tired 15 year old bathroom and it is now truly a showroom standard space which is wonderful to spend time in; we love it! HPR from start to finish were lovely people - courteous, professional, on time every day and didn't make any mess (except where they were supposed to!). Would use them again in a heartbeat on any similar project or things in their area of expertise and would recommend to my family & friends.

I was recommended to HPR by my partner after another firm had failed to resolve my boiler problem which had left me with no heating or hot water just before Christmas. HPR attended within 24 hours of me contacting them between Christmas and New Year. The engineer arrived on time and after phoning first to say he was on his way. Friendly and professional, he quickly diagnosed the likely problem and I am delighted to say the boiler is now working effectively again. The cost was extremely fair and reasonable and I will not hesitate to use the firm in future especially as the admon staff are also vrery helpful.
