useless company!! Plumber attended at my house to assess the situation then promised to call when he could do the job - I am still waiting for that call three weeks later.... Extremely disappointing and very unprofessional - would definitely not recommend.

Let us down today. Terrible communication on the day, waste of our time as never came around, disconnected switches in preparation which was a waste of our effort for them. Called to track them down and was promised a call back but nothing.
Hope they come back to us and change our minds. Unreliable. Unreachable. Whoever picks up the phone in the office never knows any answers and never calls back after promising to do so.

Boiler repair was attended to promptly and with great care - professional was very knowledgable and had great attention to detail. Will use again.

Booked this company to do a gas safety check on a rental property. Booked a specific time and date which the company then contacted my tenant to change. On the revised day they simply didn’t turn up: my tenant had arranged to be at home especially. The company denies knowledge of having fixed any new date and is not at all apologetic for their poor performance. Two years ago they wrongly turned up at my property rather than the tenant’s house to do a check: I put this down to a one-off aberration. Sadly it seems not. I will not be using the company’s services again.

I would explain the customer service provided at the time in more depth, but it seems like you just disregard and dispute any criticism received
