I felt I had to write a review as our new kitchen was installed without to much disruption, the men left us with water each night and also very tidy. They wore a uniform and worked tidily and efficiently and very pleasant also.

The kitchen is stunning, we were helped with the design as the estimator input ideas for things we had not thought of.

I would certainly recommend Boiler Healthcard

The power circuit to our fridges and freezers, router, phones and more went off when the boiler started up at 07:00 on Sunday morning. My husband isolated the switch to the boiler and the power remained on. We have a central heating and boiler service contract with Boiler Healthcare. Even though it was Sunday the telephone line connected directly to the engineer on call. Ten minutes later his van pulled up and he was able to identify that water had got into the boiler from a leaking pipe connection above it, caused by a perished washer. Pipe and boiler were repaired and our heating and hot water were restored. We still had time to go out and enjoy our Sunday activities as planned and came home to a lovely warn house. We cannot praise this company enough.

I called Boiler HealthCare out in the middle of winter when the firm I usual deal with was unable to come out owing to a shortage of engineers. The boiler is admittedly an old one but has never been out of repair. BoilerHealthCare's engineer was unable to restart the boiler, telling my tenant a new boiler was needed. Eventually I was able to get the usual firm round and they replaced a part to the ignition, and successfully got the boiler up and running. I heard nothing from BoilerHealthCare until I received an invoice for £174 three months later. I had assumed because they had failed to solve the problem they were not going to ask for payment. I suggested to the owner that since this was the case he reduce the bill. He insisted his firm had "done things by the book" and implied that the other firm were unscrupulous. Clearly a case of a trader focussed on money rather than equity. I wouldn't recommend this firm.

I can thoroughly recommend Boiler Healthcare without reservation. I had extensive work done on a new bungalow I recently purchased and I can say I found everyone I dealt with helpful and professional. From Sarah in the office who always got back promptly with any questions I had, to all the guys on site.
In particular I would like to mention Kevin who oversaw the project for me, ensuring that all jobs were done in a timely and efficient fashion.
I would have absolutely no hesitation in calling Boiler Healthcare again in the future, they are an excellent local firm.

Boiler healthcare tried to convince me to replace my boiler instead of fixing it. My boiler needed a heat exchanger. I called in to speak to someone to let them know what I needed done and the make of boiler. Not everyone fixes this type of boiler I explained and made it clear that they should not send anyone just to check and send me a bill for just checking. “Yes, we have someone who can fix that” l was told over the phone. The engineer came in just check and said they don’t have parts for this boiler. He told my partner that we needed a new boiler and left. A supervisor came in a few days later to see what boiler would be suitable for my house. I explained what my instructions were from the beginning when I first booked the appointment. “I will go back to the office to find out then I will let you know” he did not come back to me, instead they sent me a quote to replace my boiler. I got a bill for the engineer who came to check Nothing. My request was not followed the first time. I found another plumber who replaced my heat exchanger. I did not need a new boiler. The boiler is still working fine till today. I am not a happy customer. I would give you zero stars for this but you cannot post any review if you don’t give a star.

My boiler, Vaillant, packed up Friday (F62) and I started to panic as I’d only just taken out a new service contract and wasn't sure I would be covered, thankfully I was!!
Just had their technician (Martin) here and he soon sorted out the problem.
Can't express how pleased I am with boiler health care from the call taker to Martin the techie, thank you again 😀

My husband; Shaun spoke to Mark who was friendly, efficient and effective! Thanks again Mark! We had an issue with our hot water and Mark gave us a few tips for FREE, such generosity is rare in the world today, thanks again!

I have used this company several times to service boilers at my two properties and they have always done that job efficiently without any problems. On my most recent occasion however the tenant stated the boiler kept having to be reset, so I tasked Boiler healthcare to diagnose the problem and rectify. Knowing it was a dated system I also enquired a price to have a more modern thermostat installed to help reduce the tenants bills.
So boilerhealthcare advise me I need a new programmer, room thermostat and x2 trv radiator valves (under a tenner each from screwfix) and the total cost will be £311 plus VAT. I then ask them how much the wall thermostat is of the cost thinking its quite expensive and assuming it's the programmer that's causing the reset fault. I'm told the difference is negligible so I agree to proceed. I then send them an email asking to confirm if the change of programmer is due to the fault or to make the wall thermostat compatible with the system. I get a response that fails to answer the question and basically says there may be a fault with the programmer or it could be user error. I ask which is it and get no answer. I then cancel the repair.
Subsequent research shows that I can in fact get the latest smart Hive controller to replace the current programmer and thermostat for £250 including vat and Installation. I find a different boiler company who attend, confirm the system is compatible and it will be £250. They also confirm the reset issue is to do with the current programmer so this will solve the issue.
I have no idea what programmer and thermostat boilerhealthcare were proposing to fit. But when the latest market leading recommended product is £250 and they really had no idea what the problem was I feel they firstly mislead and secondly tried to rip me of. This episode means I will now go elsewhere for all future issues and services. Very disappointed.
