Delighted to have found Rowlen. They've revived our underfloor heating that had been problematic for years (and beyond other firms to repair), and replaced our boiler promptly after it's sudden demise. They've invested time in understanding how our plumbing is set up, and then provided clear guidance and advice on what options were available to us. Very responsive, courteous and professional, including tidying up when they've finished working. Thoroughly recommend.

When Gavin came to service my very old Potterton boiler, he was very knowledgeable, professional, thorough and friendly. He is the first boiler/heating engineer who took the time to explain (in simple terms) how best to set boiler/heating etc with and old model such as mine to maximise its most effective and safe performance. Gavin has good communication and social skill and is an asset to your company - hopefully he will still be with you next year when my next service is due!

I booked with Rowlen for my boiler service after seeing the reviews. I wasn't sure if they came to my area so called and spoke to Jane who was very helpful and fitted in a booking as soon as possible (needed it done quickly before selling the place). Gavin came round on time and got straight to work. He was incredibly friendly, went through the stages of the service and notified me of things to look out for in future. All in all, a very effortless process from start to finish and had some nice chats with Gavin throughout.

I was very impressed with the excellent service received from this company from the telephone reception staff through to the engineers. The phone was always promptly answered, or a call back immediately received if the line was busy. The engineers always arrived at the allotted time, were polite, knowledgeable and cleaned up after themselves. I would definitely recommend Rowlen Boiler Services.

We agreed an appointment several days away, but then they called me when they had an opening sooner. Bloke cam, diagnosed and fixed the problem, and checked over the boiler. Excellent service - I would definitely use them again.

A friendly and professional service at a competitive price. Highly recommended. The work is carried out on time and beforehand there are checks to ensure that (where needed) the correct parts for repairs are obtained so can fitted on the day - so there are no second visits to complete the work.
