Booked Kam for a last minute boiler check-up and for a leak issue (faulty water insert to replace). Kam was spot on time, fast, efficient and helpful. His prices were reasonable too as he charged me a reasonable amount according to the work needed. I will definitely use his services again.

Recently used Kam again for a second time to undertake a gas leak and repair on the boiler for one of my properties.
Called him first thing in the morning and he was able to come over as promised later in the afternoon.
Kam is very professional and knowledgable, he keeps you updated and his charges are very reasonable. It is evident he puts the customer first and I will certainly use him again, happy to recommend Kam to all my friends and family.

Unfortunately the diagnostics of our boiler carried out by KAM plumbing were incorrect and subsequently the repairs that they carried out were not necessary. I was then ghosted when I pointed this out and asked for a re-diagnostic of the problem. Really surprised given the good reviews on google.

Urgent situation, bolier stopped in a family home... Rang countless people, left countless messages and voicemails and nothing. Then I rang KAM, he picked up the phone, and was also available to come over in an instant! Polite, quick and professional, he sorted us the gas boiler and checked a smaller fault on heating system in a few hours! Recommended!

I had requested a boiler service when kam turned up I asked him to check the boiler for specific complaints to which he replied tat these checks were not part of a inspection. I pointed out that I requested a service. He then continued to talk to me in a rather condescending manner regarding the installation. The worst part is that he left the unit un secure the access levers at the bottom were not clipped back securely and the control unit screws had not been replaced which he left the control unit hanging and te boiler casing loose. The only reason why I used him was due to the fact my usual engineer was abroad.
