GBM Heating

Did a wonderful job for me! Couldn't recommend them highly enough. Nice bunch of guys and the final bill was lower than the original estimate! Very professional outfit.

I have recently had a new boiler fitted by GBM, they were friendly helpful and very professional.before I was very confused with being able to use my controls for the heating and hot water - since gbm fitted my boiler they ran me through how to use it and set it up timed so my hot water etc is on when I need it. Highly recommended

We’ve recently had a very bad experience and would not recommend. GBM came over to install 2 new radiators. They were late for the first visit and we were told they would have to come back to finish the job as the connecting pipes we’d bought were not long enough. They also told us they couldn’t refill the heating system up properly as it needed further work (at further cost) so our heating would only be working 50%. We rebooked for them to come back, and they never turned up and there was no phone call. When I spoke to them, they didn’t apologise and made excuses. They then cancelled a 3rd appointment. We got someone else over to finish the job who didn’t need any different pipes and said there was nothing wrong with the heating system and fixed it in 15 minutes. Customer service from GBM was awful and if we’d kept using them for the job we would have paid a lot more for jobs that didn’t need doing.
