My original review was of a positive one however upon my return I'm fairly disappointed. 1m of 32mm waste pipe is definitely not worth £7.40 along with a plastic 32mm elbow for £1.80 in all came to £10. Not surprised they didn't hand over my receipt straight away. Rip off.

bought two complete bathroom and shower suites and furniture (Laufen, Hans Grohe, Simpson, Bauhaus, Roper Rhodes) from Inder. Very pleased with products, delivery and service provided by Henley Heating. All issues were dealt with immediately and professionally . Can't recommend highly enough. Very good customer service.

Got underfloor heating installed in August 2018. Problems started as soon as winter came. The boiler would trip at certain temperature, henlHe heating sent someone to have a look but could not resolve. 2 months later the electic started to trip, called for help, been 3 weeks but they would not come out or even call back. Got an external company to repair it, who confirmed a leak in underfloor heating valve whick tripped the electric. They also confirmed that it should be part of warranty. Wrote to Henley's still waiting to hear back. Very disappointed with poor after sales service. Please stay away.

This place offers the best bathroom refurbishment service and public dealing.
The high end bathroom products and collection they have is quite attractive and they are authorised retailers to brands like GROHE , GEBERIT, SANEUX and many more brands
They are welcoming and excel in their work for providing services and solutions, my experience with them have being fantastic!

Everything is perfect as that of the decorum inside the shop's little and beautiful world . Models which were shown to me by the salesperson were beautiful and alluring. Literally , after so long , I finally found the best piece for my house.............

To be honest , I loved all the models which were shown to me . Whatever I saw , I loved it flawlessly . It's appliances , models and the shop's salesperson ; all were nostlagic and perfect . Literally , the best shop I have visited in my whole life........

Can’t recommend Raman and the team at Henleys highly enough. We were looking at a solution for heating/cooling and sanitary ware for some bathrooms and the team at Henlys guided us through multiple options for the heating/cooling and bathrooms, with stunning results at an affordable cost. The choice of bathroom fixtures/fittings is huge and they were able to source and supply everything at great prices and more importantly on time. The a/c has been great on the few hot days this year and the whole install was done promptly and to their high standards. If you’re after anything heating or plumbing related would definitely suggest you speak to the team at Henleys!

We had a whole bathroom redone and fitted by Henley’s plumbing and heating. The initial service was fantastic, they offered products to accommodate our budget. However because they did not visit the property and made no enquiries with regards to our water supply, they fitted an incorrect shower which did not have enough power and the water came out as a drizzle. Another £400 later, we had to have a pump fitted in my bedroom to rectify this. We live in a hard water area, round the corner from Henley’s, so again the shower was incompatible for this area. Hence every three months the taps would not turn in the shower due to limescale buildup. Having sorted that out myself because they advised I should sort it out myself, that was finally fixed after 12 months. However when they fitted the new tap in the shower, it was fitted crookedly. Hence we now have a constant leak from the cold tap about which I have tried to contact Henley’s on multiple occasions, to be told they’ll call me back in 20 minutes, (a standard response), for the last two months. Now they do not even answer my call. So whilst the initial service might be great, after sales service is absolutely appalling and disgusting. We were told we did not need manuals or guarantees for any of the products as any fault would be rectified by Henley’s. More for me for believing and trusting in this company.
