Gary is incredible! Couldn’t recommend more. We had 3 other plumbers out before him who couldn’t fix our boiler, they all said we needed a new one after charging us for things they did that didn’t fix it. Gary however got our current boiler back up and running and at the most affordable rate, he went above and beyond and we will never use anyone other than him in future. He is brilliant at his job.

Gary is recommended by my friend. He came for a gas appliance service (my boulder has not been done any annual maintenance for five years) for as little as £50. He also fixed a long term issue in our boiler, now our boiler works perfectly! Excellent service and I definitely recommend!

I’m writing this review on behalf of my 80 year old dad (he’ll hate that bit) as technology is not his thing. Firstly can I personally thank Gary for being an honest, trustworthy and kind gentleman. Whilst I was away on holiday dad called another firm who were prepared to charge him thousands of pounds for a new boiler. A personal recommendation led us to Gary who came on a Sunday (!) and fixed the problem with one part !! My dad has asked me to comment that Gary is a rarity these days, an honest tradesman who knows his craft - would recommend him 100%. Thank you from us both

After calling around Gary had the best rates per hour for an engineer coming to look at my broken boiler. When I got home from work I updated him as the situation had gotten worse, Gary offered to come round the very same evening and take a look at no extra charge.

Unfortunately the diagnosis for the boiler was terminal. Gary recommended a couple of options and the next day his team came round and installed within 4 hours.

All this was much appreciated as I have a young family and we could not afford to be in a freezing cold house for long.

A very painless experience and would definitely recommend.

Gary turned up on time, was very friendly, professional and tidy.
My boiler had been making a very loud noise but he got it all sorted in no time and explained everything. It has been running smoothly and quietly ever since so I would highly recommend ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We come in contact with Gary after the boiler broke in our rental property. Not only did he speak to the landlord and get things moving but managed to get round the next day with a brand new boiler to install!
He was in constant contact with us through out, timely, clean (left no waste what so ever)

Gary did an amazing job installing our boiler. Quick, efficient and great result. He also helped us with a gas leak that had gone unnoticed. Cannot recommend enough. So glad we found a tradesman we can trust and we are happy to work with again.

My 8 year old boiler started leaking. Gave Gary a call, he came over to have a look that evening, diagnosed the issue, got the replacement part in the next day and we're back up and running again! Honest and great quality service - thanks!
