Solar Panels Disaster!
Gas Safe's lack of expertise and experience left me paying for their mistakes!
They quoted for installing solar panels on my new roof, which in compliance with current British building control regulations has every tile fixed. Unfortunately their failure to keep up with current guidelines meant they hadn't taken account of this and wanted an extra £1200, as I wasn't prepared to pay the extra which was down to their own ignorance it meant the job was cancelled and they refused to give me my deposit back, deducting £660! Their rude and arrogant solar panel installer Jake also broke 4 of the roof tiles, which to date have not been repaired. If you are considering having solar panels installed I would highly recommend using a different company.

I am really pleased with our Solar installation, the process and the professional manner taken to complete it. I had 12 panels, a storage battery and inverter all fitted in a day and everything was left very clean and tidy. Jay and Paul explained everything very clearly and any follow up queries have been dealt with straight away. It was a breath of fresh air after being badly let down by another company previously.
I would not hesitate to recommend this company if you are thinking of having Solar Panels installed.

Great service. Had our boiler replaced and some new pipework placed due to a drop in pressure from the gas meter. The team talked us through the whole process and were very quick to get the job completed to a high standard. We've also had some new radiators installed, which look great. Very happy with the service and would recommend to friends and family.

Richy and Jack from Gas safe installed a new boiler today, nothing was too much trouble and they worked solidly to get the job done asap. Special mention to Gareth Williams who set it all up in a timely, professional manner!
