We have used this company for years and the service they provide is fantastic, we had a new boiler fitted and the engineers were professional, polite and left no mess. From being quoted we did not have to wait long for it to be fitted and everyone at Flame Care are excellent. We have recommended them to our friends and family who are now customers and cannot recommend them highly enough.

We had a walk - in shower with seat installed by Flame Care. We are exceptionally pleased with the finished product. The work was done in a very professional manner and the standard of service from all of the team - Vikki, Simon, Shaun and Mick was excellent. It is a pleasure to do business with them, nothing is too much trouble for them at all.

A big thank you to this wonderful business. Our old boiler had been on its last legs for ages. It gave up 2 weeks ago, so we contacted Flamecare after a recommendation from a family member. We had a new boiler installed by them this week which comes with a 12 year guarantee. The guys who came to do the install set a great impression of this business - they got stuck in and worked tirelessly throughout the day. The new boiler is so much quieter than the old one, and we have a portable room stat as well which we didn't have before.

From my initial enquiry contact call through to Shaun’s the engineer’s visit to advise the right boiler for the job and how the boiler would be installed, was highly professional and with a friendly, polite approach. Jack the installer and his apprentice were fantastic!!! Two very hard working young individuals, again polite, friendly and professional, a real asset to their business and Vicky is one of the most courteous and helpful people I have ever spoke to on the phone. If there were 6 stars I would have selected this option. Any future gas works that I need, I will be in touch. A very happy customer and would not hesitate to recommend. I’ve been a customer of Flamecare for many years now. This isn’t just about having the boiler serviced each year. Flamecare provide me with total peace of mind. Over the years there have been several unexpected plumbing issues and in each case, whatever was necessary has been resolved quickly and professionally and without any quibble.
The cost of the scheme is very reasonable, but the value to me in having peace of mind and confidence based on many years of good service cannot be measured in monetary terms. Another bonus to me is that this is a local company where the people really care about the customer.

We have been with Flamecare for several years, and have always had great service from them.
On Monday 20th December, our boiler failed to ignite, and I notified Flamecare.
They sent an engineer the same day and he diagnosed a fault with the fan.
Flamecare obtained a new fan overnight, and a second engineer visited to fit it not much more than 24 hours after the initial fault.
We had been worried, so close to Christmas, that we would be without heating or hot water at the worst possible time of year.
We are very grateful for this outstanding level of service and for the difference this has made to us for the holiday period.

Our boiler suddenly refused to work and it was February, fortunately a Flame Care postal flyer had dropped through the letter box the previous day. I rang them and they were very quick to respond to say an engineer would be round tomorrow. When tomorrow arrived (Friday) fate took over in the form of an unexpected power cut, so I called Flame Care to explain, they rescheduled for Saturday, which I was more than happy with. The engineer duly arrived and the boiler was up and running but needed a spare part ordering, and by the following Thursday this was fitted. All in all a very satisfying experience, so much so that we signed up for a complete package to look after us and our boiler into the future. Our gratitude to the Flame Care team for a very ‘warming’ experience.

I have been with flamecare for 17 years with their boiler cover plan, they have always been responsive and quick to attend for any issues with my boiler radiators or pluming. The price you pay per month for cover is exceptional value compared to other companies.
We recently had a new boiler fitted, the guys that fitted this were wonderful very respectful of our property and they left the area spotlessly clean
I cannot recommend flamecare enough from the owner to the engineers to the friendly staff who run the office and phone lines everyone is super helpful
