Reached out to ask for a quote regarding repairing a leak. I sent photos and a video of the issue as requested and was told they'd get back to me later that evening. I received no further contact; I've reached out to them multiple times and have been repeatedly blanked. Not even a message to say they're unwilling to do the job. Time wasters

Ricky and the guys did a great job installing a large hot water cylinder after the old one sprung a serious leak .It was a difficult installation as we have an old house with a variety of pipework but they kept with it . They were very courteous and helpful throughout and kept to their initial quote for the work.

Luke helped fit our boiler over 8 years ago he has been coming ever since to service it. First time this year that it has needed a repair. I usually hate trades people coming to the house but actually look forward to seeing Luke he is pleasant and efficient and explains everything he does. I can’t recommend him enough.
