I Initially made contact with Martyn Young Heating & Plumbing during January 2019, an appointment was made and Martyn himself attended, he was bang on time knocking at my door at the allotted time. Martyn’s approach to my enquiry was thoughtful considerate and backed up with knowledge, with helpful suggestions. Martyn also explained the kwh rating of the boilers, with enough detail allowing me to make an informed decision on a particular brand with the knowledge that he had fitted most of them during his time. An official quote quickly arrived via e mail along with a hard copy in the post, along with the methodology of how the install team would complete the work.

The price was excellent, along with the supporting documents I felt confident that Martyn and his team would deliver. I made a call to Martyn accepting his quotation and requested he come back to me with a delivery date.
Martyn, was aware of the following trades that were due in my property after the boiler work, so with this in mind my work was scheduled in record time. Excellent. The day of the install two company vehicles turned up on my drive 7.30 am on the nose as Martyn said. They unloaded, introduced themselves and prepared the working area, all works were completed effectively, efficiently and cleanly. All waste were removed from site, and other than the piping hot water, and blistering central heating , you wouldn’t of even known they been in my property.

Martyn, then found the time to contact me to ensure that I had was completely happy with the installation and if I was, he would complete the invoice. I was, so I accepted the invoice and with a simple bank transfer paid the invoice.

I can honestly say, that if you wish to engage with a company synonymous, with professionalism, quality along with reliability, I strongly recommend that you contact Martyn for all your plumbing requirements.

Highly recommend Martyn Young Heating and Plumbing. We got Martyn round to give us a quote for new radiators (he also fixed a small pipe for us for our washing machine waste at the same time as giving a quote, thank you). They came and took the old radiators off so we could decorate and came back at a later date to install the new ones. Their communication is incredible, have constant updates and you are even able to track the plumber when they are en route to you. Super responsive too! Chris was the plumber who removed and replaced our radiators and he was excellent throughout. Always asking how I would like the pipe work to suit the room/radiators (due to it being an old house it’s never straightforward), really lovely and done an excellent job even with a few challenges with regards to our crumbly walls! I couldn’t be happier. Thank you!

Highly recommend Martyn Young Heating and Plumbing. Been using them few years now at my rental property and they are always prompt. Phoned up on Monday about installation of a hive system. An engineer was with me the next day at 7:30am! Talk about service. Nigel (the engineer) was a great bloke and talked me through everything he was doing. The hive system works a treat. Would thoroughly recommend both Hive and Martyn Young.

Martyn is an excellent professional plumber who came out to help with our broken old boiler. Within 24 hours we have a new boiler fully installed and commissioned! Really couldn’t ask for better service. He took us through all the replacement options and warranties and once we had made our decision, the new boiler was delivered 30 minutes later ready for Martyn to fit the next morning.
He was on time and kept us up to date on progress. A very tidy, neat job all round. Will certainly be using him and his team for all our future plumbing needs!

Have used Martyn young for approximately 12 years when he first installed our central heating system. Always provides a good and professional service with no hard sell. Dan came today to strip down the boiler and replace some parts he was excellent , on time, professional, friendly, very informative tidy and knowledgeable
