I must admit I'm really surprised about all the positive feedback on the internet which has prompted me to write this. My experience was anything but. I was over charged too! Needless to say I would never recommend this outfit and will never use them again. I have given one star as the short comings were eventually rectified although the whole episode was very uncomfortable.

Having discussed and agreed a price for works to be done, extremely disappointed that the last call we made (at least 8 days ago) resulted in a "I'm with a customer and will call you back" - still no call back!

Pete and his team have looked after our boiler for a few years now, and have been fantastic. He went out of his way to help when we were without heating & hot water recently, would recommend him.

We initially called Pete's team in to solve a leak from the shower. The shower had been installed very badly by the builders of our relatively new house (9 years). We decided to have a new shower, toilet and hand basin. Pete's team arrived very punctually and worked tirelessly to complete the work.We had an electric extractor fan installed which Pete installed. There were a couple of very small issues that meant Pete and his team had to return. They did so very promptly and solved the issues swiftly. Never was there any problem with them returning to solve the small problems. At all times Pete and his team were very professional and courteous, respecting our home by putting floor coverings on our stair carpet. We would have no hesitation in highly recommending Pete's Plumbers for all plumbing issues.
