What a absolute joke of a company! 15 hours I had waited last week. They've still left me without heating and no hot water. Apparently this doesn't warranty a emergency especially the fact I have two young babies!! Will be making a formal complaint as the staff speak to you so poorly aswell, one even called me a liar, also they give you a time slot yet they just turn up whenever they feel like it. My slot was 12-5 .. he turned up at 10am?!?
Seriously not a good company KEEP AWAY TRUST ME!!

Nightmare of a company! Left my 75 year old mother with no heating or hot water for over 3 months, over the course of which they sent out 4 different engineers a total of 9 times. They refused to attend her property on a Saturday, despite the time she’d spent waiting and it took her having to involve me to get it sorted out. The people on the phones are nice and polite until you have an issue, at that point they become obstreperous, and that’s being kind. They were just plain rude. Unfortunately mother mother called them rather than the council, on their advice, so there was no council record of the initial contact and they basically said she was up the creek if she wanted to complain. Horrible company, just horrible. If you’re a private customer steer well clear, if you’re a council tenant contact the council, these guys are dangerous. Imagine leaving a 75 year old woman with no heating or hot water for that long and then treating her that way. I’d swear but I don’t want to give them an excuse to have this removed.

Most of your employees are very rude and incompetent, don't do the job and don't check things properly, seem in a rush or to think we are all stupid and it's something silly like not having gas. Had one guy tell me my daughter looks like Yoda and another walk through my front door, go no where near my boiler and leave 2 minutes later. I have currently been without heating for 4 days and have 5 children in the house, some are sick and have medical issues. You have been called out at least 4 times in 4 weeks with my boiler being on 1 minute and off the next, you have failed to find the problem every time and just pushed any responsibility on to the council or the boiler manufacturers themselves. Your one saving grace is your lovely staff member Nick who is completely thorough with his work and wasn't in a rush to just get out. He showed genuine sympathy about it being so cold and the children in the house. He has managed to figure out the problem with our boiler that 4 engineers in the last 4 weeks haven't managed to work out!! If all your employees were this good, your company wouldn't have the reviews it does have. Thank you so much Nick.

Absolutely disgusting. I was left without heating for nearly 3 weeks with the excuse being a part needed ordering. Came today in the morning when I asked for afternoon, fortunately was in, and they came with the wrong part.
But what I didn't understand is why they were able to fix original part in under 10 minutes.
I'm in elderly and disabled accommodation so you'd hope to be a priority but it doesn't seem to count .
This isn't the first time either.. I have a pipe held together by limescale, but when they turn up it's either in the morning when afternoon requested, afternoon when morning requested, not at all when told to be in all day and no parts if they turn up at the right time. And they have the contract with Hillingdon council so I have no choice.

Logistical and administrational nightmare, they contact you to ask if appointment is convenient, if not call, you call and they turn up anyway.

My wife and I contacted a Director at QHS we happened to know socially in desperation having got a frightened noisy animal making lots of scratching noises (which turned out to be a large Crow) trapped in our Chimney behind where our gas fire is in our lounge. QHS very kindly sent a senior Manager round to our house 10 miles from their offices who took great care removing our gas fire safe, before removing it enough to get at the stranded creature, and very carefully with the help of a thick pair of gloves rescued the stranded Crow and released it in the back garden. The Crow promptly flew off and the QHS operative put back the gas fire, tidied up and left the place as if he'd never been in our house. Very impressed with the service and also deeply grateful to QHS.

First of all the customer service on the phone was unbelievable I have never been spoken to in such manor. A guy came to fix by boiler - he did not fix it and its now leaking. There is not seen as urgent - Considering I'm disabled and vulnerable have a leak dropping into my bed and have no heating. Avoid like the plague.
