Used Dave after finding him on Social Media (Instagram) for a full bathroom install, noticed he was local so took the plunge, he made the process effortless, he offered advice and used his experience to tailor our needs to suit the space.

Recommended some locations to see products which again made it an easy process.

Agreed the pricing, times and time scale....all were adhered too.

Dave and the team worked full days and nothing was too much of an issue to get done, he took pride us his work which is something that is hard to find in a tradesman these days - was a joy to watch.

Now down to the important bit, the quality of the install....wowzers. I've uploaded photos to you can see, but the install has easily put thousands onto our house price, but also gave us a luxury bathroom that we never thought the space would allow. We had some other quotes and didn't feel they had the same confidence that Dave had.

Now the other side of the coin that people look at is the aftercare and this is where you 'get what you pay for', there was a tiny bit of grouting that I felt needed re-doing and after 1 call to Dave, it was re-done the next day and the bathroom was complete. This is the main reason I am leaving the review, you hear horror stories where people complete an install, but are then nowhere to be seen afterwards should something go wrong....completely the opposite for Dave and First Aid Plumbing, they are always at the end of the phone.

Finding a reliable plumber/heating engineer is in the same league as finding your self a reliable electrician, mechanic and decorator....Dave's gained a customer for life and you won't regret using him.

From the first call to completion, the service was first class.
The team fitted a new kitchen tap repaired damaged pipework and securely re attached a radiator also removed a leaking radiator and replaced with a new one
The quality and workmanship was first class...Will definitely call on there services again if and when required....

Absolutely fantastic service- my kitchen sink tap
was leaking at the top and underneath in the pipework causing a lot of water loss. David came within hours and sorted the leak and installed a brand new tap. Brilliant, prompt friendly service - David kept me updated throughout the day on the tap requirements and when he was going to arrive - extremely helpful. Absolutely amazing service! Really happy with the work carried out. Dave came out straight away to look at a leaking radiator and then soon carried out the work to replace them. Dave is super friendly and works hard. He arrived on time, he ensured there was very little mess and it was tidy before leaving.
