They say you get what you pay for, and this place is no exception. My first order and what happens? They don't bother to tell me when the delivery is going to take place!

Having not had an order confirmation email or follow up after nearly 2 days, I contacted the Tamworth store. To be fair, the customer service on the phone was much better, though they didn't explain why i hadn't been contacted. Apparently they sent an email the day before, telling me the delivery was the next day (as in the day on which I phoned them). I received no such email (and yes, i checked my trash and spam etc. They couldn't even give me an indication of when the delivery would be; only that it was the very last one of the day, because apparently, they had no way of reaching the driver.

Guess what? About 3 hours after the call to the Tamworth branch, a random O2 no. calls me to tell me he's at my house. Luckily I managed to get my brother there at short notice but it made me wonder why the communication was so poor when they had both my email address and my mobile phone number.

Frankly, I think I'll just pay the extra and either self collect, or go elsewhere.

Placed an order for a full house worth of radiators and valves. I was phoned the day before delivery to confirm it would be delivered the following day at 1pm.
On the day I had to call to find out where delivery was as it hadn’t arrived on time and was advised the van had broken down and would be delivered later when they had a new van. At 5.15 I have been advised the second vehicle has broken down and that they cannot deliver my items until Thursday (2 days after original delivery date)
I have a plumber starting work tomorrow, the “customer service advisor” advised they cannot give me a time for delivery on Thursday at this time.
When I advised I had a plumber booked she told me I shouldn’t have booked someone in as nothing is confirmed. When you have a call to advise it will be delivered on a certain day you do not expect it to be two days later than planned due to not one but two broken down vehicles.
Surely when letting a customer down you would ensure they were then a priority for the following day or at least be able to provide them with a time slot for two days later. Basically it was “tough”.

A complete nightmare company to deal with customer service very rude. Placed the order on the 6th of October called today and asked where my delivery is and they said you asked us to cancel the order "I Never did " the lady gave me a number said call this number as they are the ones that have cancelled your order i called and they said no you cancelled the order called us and cancelled there is nothing more we can do about this, i would of expected a the person on the other line to say i am sorry not sure what happened here who it got cancelled would you like to place the order again but no NOTHING I CAN DO, how is this company still trading with this king of customer service i do not know. I have used them before for many big purchases but i can say from today i will never use them again and i will make sure to spread my word.

What an absolutely amazing company,
We recently ordered a brand-new ERP boiler/glowworm. Unfortunately the boiler was out of stock, the customer service lady searched through the warehouse and found one of the boilers we needed and got it sent out next day and was delivered before 12 pm on the Monday. Super friendly service and highly reliable, will definitely be using them again in the future and can’t recommend highly enough.
After-care service for future products when we called up on the phone, they were highly efficient and nothing was too much when searching for other products we needed.
The online process of ordering the boiler that we needed was extremely straightforward and simple and all recommended products we needed to go along with the boiler listed in the package below which made things super simple.

Do not use! Joke of a company. Ordered new rads for delivery in 6 days. They Decided to phone on the 5th day at 4:30 in the afternoon to tell me that they didn’t have my order in stock what was supposedly getting delivered the next day. Absolutely shocking performance.

After using Mr central heating nearly 5 years ago and having experienced fantastic warranty and customer service I have just purchased another 7 raw metal column rads and they are real quality . Great delivery by own team and best value around if only all online sales where this good . A big thank you to Natalie in the office who has been a real help and given 5 star service

Used 1st time keep delaying delivery delivered after making more 15 call and then no pipes in delivery have to rush and pay high price to local DIY store and wasted more then half a day of labour waiting on site no communication at all and misleading.
