Very impressed with the range of technology in the renewables showroom. They gave me advice on energy saving central heating appliances, and sunlight/solar systems. Good to see a wide range of products in one place. Would recommend.

Our boiler had broken down a few weeks ago so I contacted Taunton Plumbing and Heating the customer services were very helpful and friendly and sent an engineer around that same day to fix it , he was here way after normal working hours and wouldnt leave until he had sorted it. I could not fault the workmanship extremely professional , they went the extra mile !! Would highly recommend - First class service .

Just had a new bathroom installed with these guys -excellent service. Steve did a great job with all aspects of planning and fitting. With a high end finish. Cleared up every day, so I didn't come home to any mess! Very pleased.

Inept we’ve have had the pleasure of buying a house they worked on as a subcontractor for the builder.

A month to replace a toilet syphon which didn’t need replacing just tightening up.

Boulder flue incorrectly installed.

Now when I have had British Gas in to install HIVE I’ve found out the central heating system was incorrectly installed and the boiler has been running constantly for 12 months for no reason as a result.

We asked for there help, when water was coming through the ceiling. The plumber Clark, came out. Couldn’t find the leak without more exhaustive search.
But was paid the 180 pounds in cash. Emergency Sunday rate. Was there one hour.
They took the cash, promised paperwork, so we could claim back. Nothing.
Letters and about 8 calls now, still nothing.
I think they pocketed the cash, no vat, no tax.
Why else would they refuse to log the job. Can prove this accusation of job , was listed.
Never take there word for anything. And avoid at all costs.

Left with the same problem I started with. Had a leaking Solar Thermal System which we were advised required the whole pump station replacing. They replaced the pump station which has also had a number of issues and leaks. after spending almost a £2k they finally told us that they don't do solar anymore. End result left with a leaking system from the parts they fitted! Spoke to the helpful receptionist a number of times but the manager didn't have the decency to speak to us. Not a company I would trust.

They have stopped servicing the Sanyo ASHP they installed in 2009, for ordinairy plumbing and heating they still provide excellant service at reasonable prices
