We recently had a radiator moved for us by East Midlands Plumbing & Heating (who we found through the Which? Trusted Traders scheme).

We were really impressed with the service: Martin came round to give us a quote promptly and was able to undertake the work quickly.

We are absolutely delighted with the quality of the work. Not only do we now have a radiator in a better position, but our system was given a bit of tune up and now works significantly better! Our house is now a lot warmer and we no longer sit shivering in the dining room :)

We will definitely be using them again, and would heartily recommend East Midlands Plumbing & Heating without hesitation.

Just bought my first house and as a young women was dreading calling out tradesmen with the fear they’d try rip me off... but I was pleasantly surprised when Martin came and gave me a honest genuine quote, throughout the whole process Martin looked after me even when I was changing my mind and adding extra things daily! I've been using Martin on several bathroom refits. He knows his stuff and will recommend all the options available. Explains everything from start to finish and if you don't quite understand he'll come out and see you (even at 8pm!). Friendly, honest and most of all reliable!

Did a big job ripping out our decades-old system and replacing with a combi-boiler. Lots of under-floor pipework required. Extremely neat plumbing job, and friendly pair of chaps doing the work.

Made an appointment for him to come on a Saturday. He came late. He said he would come to the property on the Monday at 1.00pm No sight of him. My partner called and texted and still no response. Obviously he does not need or want the work. If this is the case, he should have been upfront. Complete waste of time. If i did this in my job I would get a warning.

I arranged a date and time to meet Martin to obtain a quote for some domestic work. I rearranged my work schedule to be available. Martin did not arrive. When I called him he told me that he had forgotten about our appointment. I have subsequent texted him to arrange another date but have received no response. Disappointing and unprofessional.

First visit was on Thursday 17th June 2021 after a walk along the Thames path. Welcoming. Nice staff. Beautiful location.
